Korona Jewelry New Website
August 15, 2009

Connare Tech is proud to announce the launch of www.koronajewelry.com, the new online home of Korona Jewelry. The website highlights pieces from the Koronas' in-store jewelry collections and provides clients with important store information.

Connare Tech created a unique site design, incorporating key elements from the Korona Jewelry store in Buffalo, NY directly into the design to help with store recognition. Connare Tech will also be hosting the site, and providing Korona Jewerly with site maintenance as needed.

Since being established in 1900, Korona Jewelry has served the Buffalo, NY area for generations. Located in the Hertel Avenue shopping district, the store is the longest running family owned jewelry store in Buffalo.

It was important to relate the website to the store itself, explained Noreen Korona of Korona Jewelry. The site both entices people to visit the store, and creates a similar shopping experience to the "mom and pop" Korona Jewelry.

The current "mom and pop" are Noreen and Joseph Korona, both trained at the Gemological Institute of America. "They were excited to bring their store to the internet, and even more excited that Connare Tech provided a unique design true to their store's feel and character," said Andrew Delmonte, Manager of Design and Multimedia at Connare Tech.

Connare Tech was founded in 2003 as a one-man PC consulting firm. Since, the company has grown into a full scale web service and application development firm with six employees. Connare Tech prides itself on providing web applications including registration, scheduling and inventory systems that "just work," and the company caters to clients varying from independent mom and pop businesses and individuals to reputable institutions in the financial, art, and science-research industries.
