Refund Policy
Buffalo First Inc will issue refunds only to correct billing errors, or in the case of advertising or directory listings, for failure to publish.
Membership payments and donations are non-refundable.
Since Buffalo First, Inc offers in general, non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
1. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
i) Non-delivery of the product: due unforeseen circumstances you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us; or if you paid twice.
ii) A tangible product that was purchased and the item delivered was not what was ordered. Refunds require a return of the improper item, with shipping being paid by the customer and having been authorized by Buffalo First for a refund. Any tangible products returned without authorization will not have a refund issue.

Requests for a refund are accepted at support@buffalofirst.org within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please, make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use.
