Connare Tech Announces Record Breaking Year for Merchant Sales
Buffalo, N.Y. - January 15, 2016 - During 2015, merchants nationwide utilized Connare Tech's point of sale, e-commerce, credit-card processing and merchant-account services to process more than half a million dollars in sales. Over a third of these sales were processed during the 2015 holiday season.
2015 marks the first year that gross revenue generated from Connare Tech's merchant services and software packages have exceeded five hundred thousand dollars and more than doubled over the previous year.
In early 2015, Connare Tech completed integration of its point-of-sale and e-commerce packages with its merchant-account and credit-card processing services. The integration provided retailers with significantly streamlined operations. Connare Tech also overhauled the e-commerce package itself, providing native mobile support, social-media integration, and an improved customer-checkout experience.
Other highlights of the completed integration include:
- Allowing merchants to integrate inventory-management and process-payments across multiple platforms without infrastructure overhead
- A new bar-coding feature for in-house inventory or products that integrates with standard labels for printing and tracking.
- A combined cloud-based and local solution so businesses can process sales off-location, with the ability to see and update inventory in real time.
- A scalable feature set including local delivery options, payment or layaway plans, gift-card programs, and integration with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Connare Tech began providing e-commerce services in 2008 and merchant services in 2010. Integration between the two services began in 2013, and the integration's completion now provides business with an even more powerful, low cost, all-in-one solution.
