Welcome Hey it's Sanjay, I have finally caved and found time to express my thoughts, opinions, and ideas through the web. So first a little about me. I started this company in 2003 because essentially no one would hire me. The experience has brought on opportunities and experiences that I could only dream of and it seems like things are only just getting started. A little over a year ago I started posting a few articles regarding my thoughts about certain issues in the technology industry. Over the past year those articles have been the second most popular thing on the site only being superceded by the client services section of the site. They have been references in forums, visited through search engines such as Google and Yahoo, and have provided many curious people with comprehensive information about certain topics. I am by no means an English major, so many of my rambilings will probably be filled with grammatical errors. Some entires might be really well written, others not so. If you're that picky well then don't read what I have to say. You may not like what I have to say, or you may think I've the head on the nail. Take from it what you will. I have decided to centralize these articles, since in doing so forces me to update this lame site, and maybe even make it better. Below you will find articles I have written regarding issues in technology In either case take from it what you want and if you feel like it, drop me a line or if you have a specific topic you'd like me to discuss let me know! I reply to just about every e-mail I get unless its asking to help little billy out in south africa who has just inherited his grandfather's million dollar lost fortune. |

| Sometimes Silence is Golden |

But that does not mean that silence equivocates nothing. While updates to the site have been sparse and all appears quiet relative to Connare Tech activity nothing could be further from the truth. Allow me to provide you with some brief updates. Some have already noticed and even commented that more names have appeared on the front page. Yes, its true we did some hiring. We're involved with some really neat projects which we're finishing up as the summer comes to an end and I couldn’t do it alone. The paperwork, insurance, and all that jazz was pretty time consuming and kinda a pain but yes Connare Tech is now officially registered as an employer within NYS. While I won't discuss the projects in too much detail here I will say that their potential is phenomenal. Potential is often powered by technology and engineering. The nature of technology is to advance through change and just over the past year a number of different technologies have matured allowing us to take advantage of them. This includes redesign interfaces, making the user experience just more user friendly and lowering learning curve for the products that we are developing. A prime example are the changes to redzonefilm.com. The site is a game-film sharing site for a junior midget league in California. The coach wanted an easy way to upload video and have it integrated with a schedule. When we first created the site it was a little involved the coach had to export the video to a special format, upload via ftp, then enter the admin interface to add it to the site. Now taking advantage of YouTube and some other newer technologies the process is now streamlined, requires filling out a few simple forms and simply clicking ok. With the addition of new employees and project embarkment Connare Tech is also in the midst of finishing up the final touches to raise capital to help fund some of these projects agreeing to award those who decide to take such a risk with us in the profits should any result. If you're interested by all means let me know. In conclusion with new employees, a capital campaign, and some exciting projects on the horizon August promises to be an exciting month. I really can't wait to share these new products with you as Connare Tech continues on a path of expansion and excellence through innovation and your continued support. |
