Sometimes clients want their website to do a specific thing that can't be done with just a simple display of images and text. They want the website to be dynamic allowing for things such as manage inventory for a book store, create private intranets where office users can share files from home, or manage team schedules and results online. Connare Tech can develop these online solutions for your needs by developing a custom web application or what is known in the industry as a LAMP. This utilizes a number of different web technologies (Linux, Apache, MySql and PHP) to create the solution. These solutions are coded from the ground up to meet your specifications. Connare Tech specializes in developing web applications that utilize databases. We use PHP and MySQL to develop dynamic sites. You can view a live working example of our dynamic content app here. Listed below are a number of different clients that we have worked with to develop php and mysql sites. Redzonefilm.com is a site used by the coaches of a California Junior Midget football team. The site features Connare Tech's game scheduling system that allows coaches to setup a schedule for their team. Redzonefilm.com uses this technology to add game film to each game in the schedule. The film can then be viewed by other coaches, or players in full screen for review. The site also has a system that allows coaches to make sure that their players are reviewing plays before a game. Player's simply watch the required clips and then when they are done they click a link to email their viewing history. The City Honors Rugby Club utilizes Connare Tech's web site updating technology which allows administers of the site to update content of the site without the need to know complex html and like redzonefilm uses our game scheduling system. Coaches can easily add and update information about upcoming or past games. Upcoming games are displayed on the site's home page and when a game has been completed the game is removed from the upcoming game list. After game's are completed the both the team's current record and league records are automatically updated and the next upcoming games are automatically changed on the homepage. The site features a custom account web service that allows parents to pay their dues and view payment history. It lists all details about charges and allows coaches to enter different tiers of charges for different groups of players. For example the club has lower dues for rookies, and sometimes the boys and girls teams participate in tournaments that the other group does not necessarily participate in. When adding new payments to the system the club simply has to select what type of charge it is, be it for the whole team, the girls team only, the boys team only, rookies or non-rookies, etc. and the system automatically determines what players in the system those charges apply to. The system also features detailed information about each player in the system and the payments that each player is required to pay which is only viewable to authorized members of the club. Any authorized member can run summary reports on individual players or on the required payments themselves. Reports on individual players show the details of all the transactions for that specific player, the status of that transaction, whether or not it has been paid, and if so, what method and transaction receipt number. Reports on the required payments list all players who are required to pay that charge and whether or not that player has paid. Flower Tracks - Inventory Systems The folks at dealsquared offer two deals on cool products at prices significantly below retail price. The products are brand new and include the manufacture warranty. How do they do it? Connare Tech helped developed a web service that allows them to control product rotation. Each day the products automatically change and update based on whatever the administrators have decided to sell for that day and administrators can also control what deal is displayed first. The web service is fully integrated with Google Checkout and controls the billing and quantity management. |
