Buffalo, NY - Connare Tech, Inc. Founder and CEO Sanjay Connare attended the first meeting of the Buffalo First 2010 Board of Directors earlier this month. Connare was elected by members of the local nonprofit, Buffalo First, to be one of four new appointments to the Board in June.

The appointment comes two months after Connare Tech, Inc. launched the new buffalofirst.org website and administrative software.

The new website which was met with rave reviews, greatly expanded online interactions with member businesses, nonprofits and individuals, allowing not only for purchasing of memberships, Buffalo First bumper stickers and t-shirts, and the popular 2010 All-Local Coupon Book, but interactive directory listings featuring the over 300 members who make up Buffalo First.

"What we wanted to achieve with the website was the same sense of community that Buffalo First encourages on the street," explained Andrew Delmonte, operations manager and partner of Connare Tech, at the monthly Buffalo First Local Business mixer in April, where the website was introduced to members and the public for the first time.

Connare Tech is also providing Buffalo First with its new proprietary Content Management Suite (ctCMS), allowing Buffalo First Staff members to easily manage membership, payments, their event calendar and all other related website content.

The technical expertise, business savvy and fresh ideas Sanjay Connare provided during the development of the new Buffalo First website are elements that Connare plans to bring to the table as a Board member.
