SuperBowl LVIII Logo Link provided by www.nflcommunications.com, Fair use, Link .  Connare Tech's charity and donations division is sponsoring the use of this software application to collect donations and manage registrations and random number distribution on the corresponding grid.  This service will hereby be known as the 2024 Superbowl Squares and Fundraiser, or the "Event".   Anyone who donates or purchases any amount of squares, and hereby participates in this fundraising event is known as a Player.

Costs:

Each square costs $50.00 to play.  Once a square is purchased it can not be purchased by anyone else and will show as out of stock.  Interested players can purchase any amount of additional squares.

On checkout each Player has the ability for the player to donate an additional amount.  This is added to the cost of the square and is factored into payouts as described below.

Purchases:

Purchases will appear on credit card statements as "Connare Tech, Inc.".  Purchases are non-refundable except in the error of excess amount billed due to user or player error.  Once donations, or additional amounts have been received by Connare Tech, they become non-refundable.  There is a 24 hour period between purchase and refund, when the additional donation amount may be refunded.  This 24 hour period is the only time a refund will be made for this type of purchase except as stated above or required by law.

Players may purchase multiple squares, and squares do not have to be purchased together or in the same checkout or payment.  However, squares are available on a first come, first serve basis, so if you purchase a square with intent of purchasing another, it may not be available when you go to make your next purchase.

If your purchase is in error, the only error that will be accepted is the incorrect square was purchased.  A swap can be performed with any other square that remains available at the time the dispute is raised.  If there are no un-purchased squares, the dispute will end as there is no other recourse.

Purchases will be allowed until Sat. Feb. 10th at 5 PM EST, or until the entire 10 x 10 grid (all 100 squares) have been purchased, whichever comes first.  In the event that the grid has not been sold out at Sat. Feb. 10th at 5 PM EST, the winnings and payout will change to a percentage based on the number of squares sold.  For example, if 80% of squares have been sold, then payouts will be 80% of $750.00 and $2,000.00 as described below.  Further details regarding boards that have not been fully sold, are detailed in payouts below.  All other payouts are based on additional donations so are not affected by whether or not all squares on the grid have been purchased.

Payouts:

Numbers for the columns and rows will be randomly generated by Sun. Feb. 11th at 12:00 PM EST, or within 72 hours after the grid has been completely sold out, whichever comes first.  The finalized grid with the winning digits will be posted on this site on both the home page and a specific page that contains the completed grid with registration, names, and generated numbers.  Finalized grids will also be sent to all registered players using the e-mail address that was provided at the time of donation.  No other e-mail will be used to send out these notifications.  The final grid notification for the 2024 Superbowl Squares and Fundraiser, will be in the form of an attached 2 emails, each containg a 1 page PDF. The first e-mail will contain an un-biased and final grid.  This grid will contain the randomly generated numbers for each team, along with all of the names that have purchased donations filled into their corresponding purchased locations.  The second email will contain a PDF that is an exact copy of the first e-mail, with the exception that the Player's squares, purchases, and location on the 10 x 10 grid will be highlighted.  Once the final grids are sent out, these are can not be disputed.   They are based completely on the purchases, and if your purchase was in error, it can no longer be contested.

Winning Squares

A winning square is determined by the score as defined by the National Football League of Superbowl LVIII, at these game time events.

  • End of Quarter 1
  • End of Quarter 2/Halftime
  • End of Quarter 3
  • End of Quarter 4 and/or Final Score if over time:

The contenders for this year are the San Fransisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.  To determine a winning square at each of the game time events the score will be posted.  For example at the end of quarter 1, the score might be 49er's 17 and Kansas City 13.  In this case the numbers 7 and 3 would be applicable.   On a grid (this is just an example, the numbers aren't randomized).

The 49ers would have 7, and the Chiefs have 3, Grace would be the winner at square #74. If the game progressed and at half time or the end of the 2nd Quarter the score was 49er's 33 and Kansas City 27, the numbers would be 49er's 3 and Chiefs 7, the winner would be Kimmy at square #38. In either case you can see how order matters, despite both numbers being 3 and 7, 7 and 3, etc, the team score is specific to how the winning square is determined.

Payouts will be distributed for the following events:

  • End of Quarter 1:   10% of Additional Donations (monies donated that does not include base cost for a square)
  • End of Quarter 2/Halftime:  $750.00
  • End of Quarter 3:   10% of Additional Donations (monies donated that does not include base cost for a square)
  • End of Quarter 4 or Final Score if over time:  $2,000.00
    • If there is overtime the End of Quarter 4 will pay:  10% of Additional Donations (monies donated that does not include base cost for a square) and the final score will still be $2,000.00

In the event that the deadline passes, the game board has not received donations for all 100 options and a square becomes a winning square but has no player assigned to it, then the winning amount that otherwise would have gone to a player, will be forfeited.  A square that has won, but has no player associated with it, will not have it's event winnings rolled over to the next "winnable" event, split in any way amongst any or all involved players, or used for future donation purposes. The funds will become forfeit.  Forfeited funds will be added to the total payout to the donating cause, which for this, is Connare's Health and Essentials fund.  No winnings will remain with Connare Tech, Inc.   Funds will be won by a player or they will be forfeited. If funds become forfeited it is by being treated as an empty square or having in-complete ownership action as described below.

Payouts will be in the form of any of the following:
    • Physical Check
    • Digital Check
    • PayPal
    • Venmo
    • Apple Cash

Connare Tech will not issue payout in the form of Cash (USD), regardless of amount.  Both physical and digital checks payments do not have any fees.  For all other payment services, player is responsible for any fees associated with transfer of monies and winnings from Connare Tech to player's account. Please check the terms of your account to see if fees are deducted from incoming monies from a corporate account.  Winning monies must be accepted within 90 days, after-which point, Connare Tech will release any remaining funds back to the donation ("Connare's Health and Essential Fund"), and then funds will no longer be redeemable to the owed player.  After 90 days and with Connare Tech, releasing any remaining funds, it's role as a financial escrow or fiduciary will be complete.  With the financial components having been completed Connare Tech's liability for any use of this product as well as any remaining services, such as this website, application, or records will be terminated.

Connare Tech is not a 501(C)3 corporation and thus any payment(s) made through the 2024 Superbowl Squares and Fundraiser are not tax-deductible.  Player is fully responsible for any winnable funds or donations and any tax liability under county, state or federal law.  If 90 days has elapsed, since the date of payment, and player has not resolved the ownership claim of their winnings, they will be forfeited as per the no-player won policy describe above.   Upon deposit or receipt of winnings Player releases Connare Tech from any advice, guidance or liability as to further action which may or may not be required by tax law.   Player further agrees that upon winning, they agree that they are responsible for consulting their own tax advisor as to the tax consequences associated with the winnings from an event of donated monies. The tax rules governing donations, and winnings are complex, change frequently and depend on the individual taxpayer’s situation.
